Our shipping is always free for all orders!

Your order will ship in 1 week (2-4 weeks if your order has a custom product). We’ll send you an email as soon as it ships out.

If you need your order shipped ASAP, please leave a note at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate.

On rare occasions, USPS will lose mail (even with a tracking number!). While we will try our best to track the location of the package, sometimes the package is simply lost. Upon this situation, please email us at cutsoftea@gmail.com and we'll be happy to assist.

We never include receipts with prices on them, so your order will be gifting friendly! Let us know if you'd like to include a handwritten note in your order at checkout in the "notes" section, or email us!

We ship out orders 3x a week through USPS. We have not seen much delay with USPS and orders are highly likely to be delivered within 2-4 days of shipment, but USPS has announced they cannot guarantee delivery dates.

To get your order within the US (without any custom items) delivered by Christmas Eve 12/24, place your order by:

• 12/18 w/ Priority Shipping
• 12/20 w/ Priority Express Shipping

As of now, we only ship within the United States.

Because each box of tea bags is custom made to order with your specific tea flavor all sales are final and no refund will be issued.

Yes they are! The tea paper is made of a special blend of wood (pulp) fibers. The tea paper is compost-able and biodegradable.
